Resumen:
We determine all analytic functions in the unit disk whose shear in a fixed
direction produces an orientation-preserving harmonic mapping whose
image is convex. We prove the perhaps unsurprising fact that these
functions are precisely the extreme points of certain class of analytic
functions.
